For the safety of athletes and tourists, China is doing everything it can, including deployment of unarmed drones patrolling the sky, and surface to air missiles etc.

So, if you dare to declare anything that remotely link you to terrorism, I am sure you will get questioned or even locked up. But then that's understandable. China cannot afford to get attacked during the games.

The friend code is already built into the logic within the game DVD. And it is not that easy to change. They might use the new method for the newer games though. I don't think it will happen until next year. Q3? No way.

If it is really in production, it should get announced in a month or so. But if the rumor is bogus, then there might be no PSP-3000 at all. I am not so confident it is coming so soon. I think it is more likely to be announced 3 months before Christmas, to get everyone excited about what to get for the holiday season.

50K ain't going to be enough for Iraq. Whoever gets elected will probably move the troops to Afghanistan. The strategy is always to keep enough military presence around Iranian force.

And no US president will want to give up control around that area. Any troop reduction is just PR to quiet down the crowd.

I still think Google isn't interested in developing its own hardware. It's strategy is to get as many people to use its stuff as possible, and the free Android is designed exactly for that purpose.

Diablo 3 doesn't really interest me, I rather see World and Starcraft. It is about time to play as a ghost or zerg. I am excited just to think about it.

In this case, I think Google has no choice but to hand over the records. Form the end user point of view, this is outrageous. It is not like I trust Google less. But to protect myself, I probably will be more selective on what I view on Youtube.
