Yes that's why it bought DoubleClick. Recently Google is under the pressure of revenue slow down. Both video ads on YouTube, and banner ads will attract more ads from off-line world. The industry size of off-line ads is still multitude of on-line ads. The best strategy is not fighting against MS or Yahoo, but tap to blue ocean such as off-line advertisers.
