    I just don't like the way American phones are locked to specific carriers. Look at HK. Locking phones don't happen there. Maybe things changed when iPhone 3G was introduced there.

    I trust Obama will stick to his words, and reduce the troop count significantly. But first, we have to assume he gets elected. To me, the chance is 50/50. And I don't trust the government is willing to give up that much control in Iraq.

    We have always known Halo as a first person shooter. And fans probably want to see a new FPS rather than a RTS. I personally think Halo has a great story, and it is way easier to tell a good story with FPS.instead of RTS. Of course the best genre to tell a story with is RPG. But then Halo being a RPG will suck.

    If Canon is to release a CMOS G10, then the difference between a Rebel and the G-series is getting smaller. The biggest difference is that you will be missing on all the great lenses if you go with the G-series.

    Here is some more rumors on CMOS in G10.

    Even if Canon decides to include the CMOS sensor inside G10, this CMOS chip probably will be a lot smaller than what you see in Rebel. To fit inside the camera and to differential the product lines, they might just stick with 1.7" sensor.

    This is still pretty good. My impression is that CMOS sensors produce smooth and better images compared to CCD sensors.
