I expect Microsoft to release more "news" about Windows 7 instead of the actual software throughout 2009. We probably won't see the final release until early 2010.

Even if the there are "potential" buyers, I wouldn't buy Yahoo at this point. The risk is too high.

If Apple is to release a mini laptop, it is going to be a big hit for sure. And I am sure it will look ten times sexier than EeePC. That's the Apple way.

Start spending the money his family oil business earned in the past 8 years. Or prepare his brother Jeb Bush to run for the next presidency, so the Bush family can continue to rule America.

Maybe there will be some kind of announcement before Christmas? If it is not in production now, I don't see how the movie is ready for 2009 summer. Maybe we are looking at 2010 summer instead.

I expect the iPhone nano be more like a regular cell phone without all the fancy wifi gps features. This device can still be very attractive because of the Apple brand name and design. I will probably prefer such a device compared to a regular iPhone which is too big for my taste.

Okay, can someone tell me why an iPod needs GPS? I don't see the iPod having wifi capability, so it probably won't have a mapping application. And unlikely a camera which can really take advantage of GPS data for photography, a music player doesn't really need GPS. Please tell me otherwise. I really wanna know.

We human race will continue to rely on fossil fuel until we almost run out. That's human nature. We don't solve problems until it is actually there.

Why not? It is about time. My nano is running out of space. I need a newer and slimer iPod nano.

I might change my mind after I watch Harry Potter. For now, Dark Knight is still the best summer movie.

If it rains, I can see the API going down. However, it also means everyone gets wet during the ceremony. Tough choice.

"Further to Tiffany sues eBay for TM Infringement and eBay at Tiffany's the US District Court has now decided that the internet auction site eBay has not infringed Tiffany's trade marks by failing to prevent counterfeit Tiffany goods to be sold on its site."
    http://www.lawdit.co.uk/reading_room/...
Looks like eBay just won the case.
