Ziply is a rental property research tool for the US, that has recently launched and names Zillow as a parter. From the home page, you can choose what type of search you'd like to initiate. From the very start, it's clearly defined how Ziply delineates information based on your individual needs. Are you an investor, renter or landlord? I found the idea is rather cool and able to generate lots of money. Much better than a simple craiglist.
