Yahoo! Inc. President Susan Decker said the Internet company is still in talks about combinations with Microsoft Corp., amid efforts to boost sales and win a fight with shareholders for control of the board. Chief Executive Officer Jerry Yang faces increasing pressure to sell or step aside from Icahn, who says a Microsoft acquisition is the only way to crack Google Inc.'s dominance in Internet search traffic. Yang insists the company can fuel growth on its own, making Yahoo worth more than Microsoft's bid of $47.5 billion, or $33 a share.
So will the couples sign a deal by Sep 2008?
