This is just a casual prediction. Will your boss start blocking your access to social networking site? If you are the boss, then the question is, will you do it to your employees?

It all comes down the productivity. But sometimes blocking sites can mean lower morale, and lower productivity.

Speaking from an employer point of view, why do I want my employees to "social network" during work hours until he/she is working in sales. Don't hate me for saying this. No facebook at work!

I work for myself. This is a easy prediction :D ... If I did work for someone and they blocked Facebook, I'd become the hero and show everyone how to set up the URL redirection or proxy to get around the block though! hah!

Don't see this happening soon. My employer is pretty open about which web site we go to as long as it is not porn.
