    If we are talking about flash memory card, or usb drive, I can give it a try. But I don't see myself buying my next iPhone from a vending machine. It just feel so weird.

    First of all, I don't see any fancy vending machines in my area. And second, I like playing with the electronics in my hand before I pay for it. So, this is not really for me. But what black-shoulder said about buying USB drive might work for me. They are cheap enough for me to buy in a vending machine.

    I remember seeing a vending machine for skin care products in the mall last time. I found it a pretty cool idea. Who knows? One day I might get my cell phone from it.

    I think these kind of vending machines might not make huge sales, but will serve as a very good advertisement for the products in it. I am sure it will cost the manufacturers a lot to put these products on shelf.

    I don't expect myself to be traveling any more the rest of this calender year. However, this sounds like a pretty cool service for travelers - many of us probably have forgotten to pack our chargers, or have left a USB drive on our desk, and so on... so I see a market for such vending machines...
