    You can still stick with regular DVDs, but Blue-Ray is the best by far.

    I don't have the money... so even though I'm really interested in how much better Blu-ray is (I've only seen clips at a friend's house), I am not going to jump the gun at this time...

    i don't foresee a big price cut on blu-ray because now it (1)monopolizes the market, and (2)needs to cover the cost of marketing war. the price may remain high until Christmas 08.
