    Columbia University planned Friday to go forward with a speech by Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. So it is more unlikely that US would attack Iran in Sep while the president is in its country for a UN meeting. But there may be a high chance that US attacks Iran in Q4 2007, esp. when its economy sounds weak.
