According to a military intelligence report obtained by the Federation of American Scientists, the social networking Web site Twitter could be used by terrorists to communicate as they execute a potentially catastrophic attack.

You can also argue that cell phone can be used to coordinate similar attacks as described in the article. So, the report by FAS was pretty useless. However, it gives our government a perfect excuse to start monitoring our twitter traffic.

Since we cannot really verify the result of this prediction without being an insider of some top secret government agency, we will keep this prediction casual.
