According to this report from ChannelWeb, Nintendo is planning to launch a whole new DS that supports built-in camera and MP3 music playback:

It comes to no surprise that a handheld gaming device will eventually have a long list of features just like our cell phones today.

    First I don't think a new version of PSP is coming up. Second, I don't think the camera is that useful.
