    The "Ready To Manufacture" results have been favourable. Microsoft has teamed with houseparty.com and invited people to host Win 7 parties starting Oct 22-29. There is too much momentum to delay implementation.

    As the OS is getting more complicated, MS tends to postpone the release. I expect it after 2010 (ie. it will miss the target release date)
