    if web2.0 means crowd collaboration and social network, ya, it has changed the ways to conduct marketing research. as in facebook, it has vast amount of personal tastes and background info. facebook can also segment the users and offer them highly targeted commercials.

    The efficiency of Marketing Research will definitely improve in the coming years, but not so much due to web 2.0. It is kind of hard to define web 2.0 anyways.
