Will Apple announce gaming service like the new Nokia N-Gage before X'mas 2007?

Nokia just announced a new gaming service N-Gage. Yes, you heard me right. It is Nokia third attempt in the mobile gaming market. The first two generations of N-Gage really suck. This time, it is released as a gaming service instead of an ugly phone. And it is backed by several big developers like EA and Capcom. The only mobile phone device that can really compete with Nokia at this point is the Apple iPhone. Let's predict if Apple will announce similar gaming service before X'mas.

Nope, nothing close to NGage announced by Apple. However, Apple does have games to download from iTune.

I know Apple is selling games in ITune now. But I am not sure if its service is similar to N-Gage.

This time Nokia is not going to release one dedicated N-Gage phone. Instead, it is going to support the N-Gage gaming service thru its higher end N-series mobile phones. Maybe Nokia will finally get this right this time, who knows?

I don't forsee a market for a phone like that as there are so many portable gaming devices out there in the market already.

I like the Nokia spirit. Never give up even it failed so miserably twice in a roll already.
