it's now quite obvious that Kobe will lead the team to win.

My early line favourites include the Lakers and the Hornets. Kobe Bryant and Chris Paul are both playing lights-out basketball, and what really impresses me (from the Lakers) is that they are not even playing with their full roster!

Boston's win over Atlanta was very disappointing. They barely avoided being upset by the #8 team, and their defensive woes are quite evident. They may have a hard time beating LeBron James and the Cavs. The Pistons, meanwhile, looked great at home beating Orlando two games in a row. I think they are the team to beat in the East.

However, all predictions may change after this round... heehee

Goog, I see that you have predicted that Orlando will win the overall championship, and yet they are currently down 0-2 against the Pistons. It would be interesting to see why you think the Magic would, not only come back to beat the Pistons, but go all the way as well.

I like Howard a lot, but it seems from the first two games that he is outmatched by the Pistons' D.
