According to Vint Cerf, one of the founding fathers of the internet, has predicted the end of traditional television, saying that television was approaching its "iPod moment". If what he said is true, when will Internet TV become more popular (ie. has more market share) than tradition broadcast TV?

    It's the "market share" bit that makes me dubious. We still have to see if there can be a strong enough revenue stream from internet TV.

    I don't really see this happening.. but DTV will in essance be datastreams. I don't see the TV going away but rather adapting

    Maybe it's going to be more popular in developed country with high speed internet connection.
    But there a lot of countries that doesn't have a high speed connection, sometime they doesn't even have an internet connection ! Like countries in the Africa continent or Latin America...
