What would be the death toll of the listeria infection in Canada? (2008)
black-shoulder ( Score Rank: User did not make predictions in the last 30 days ) black-shoulder  |  closed on 20-Dec-2008 (457 days ago)
The listeria infection continues to spread. In the latest round of contamination, Meals on Wheels have issued a recall on 1850 meals that the charitable organization has distributed nation-wide.

So far, the listeria infection has claimed 16 lives, most of them after consuming meat products from Maple Leaf Meats. Because the incubation period for the bacteria can be more than two months, the total number of people affected and/or killed by the disease may still grow.

What would be the final death toll of the listeria infection by the end of 2008?
