Torrentspy successfully appeals the MPAA $110 million judgement in 2008

MPAA just got another victory against one of the biggest bittorrent site TorrentSpy.com. TorrentSpy was ordered to pay $110m to MPAA for copyright infringement. It was possibly the largest copyright related compensation ever. TorrentSpy probably no chance of ever paying $100m, and might be forced to declare bankruptcy unless they file an appeal.
