    I know how to play piano. But I am not sure it will be a fun experience to play with a reduced version of a keyboard.

    It is very difficult to add a keyboard from the design point of view. First, there will be too many numbers of keys to press. Also, the Rock Band screen is running out of space. It is hard to fit the fifth players into the screen, especially non-wide screen display.
