    The OpenSocial 0.7 API specification that we announced yesterday is now available in the Orkut sandbox: developers can start taking advantage of the new 0.7 features in late Feb. So it was definitely not complete by Jan 2008.

      It is rare that Google would released a product before finishing it. I suppose the Social Networking market is getting a bit crowded.

    Productivity in Dec is always low. I don't see Google forcing its programmers to work over the holidays.
