Livingstone has been a mayor for 8 years - perhaps time to change. However, the leader of the biggest opposition, Boris Johnson, is a very controversial man, e.g. in a April 2008 Marie Claire interview with Janet Street-Porter, Johnson admitted that while at Oxford University he had used cocaine.
