Predict whether the Toronto Blue Jays will have a new General Manager or a vacant General Manager's position by the Winter Meetings in early December, 2008. Their present General Manager is J.P. Ricciardi and the firing of their manager John Gibbons in June does not seem to have been initiated by Ricciardi, making it seem that he is not supported by the President Paul Godfrey or the owner Ted Rogers. They might be waiting for the season to end before they make the announcement because it will give them time to check out the market of potential new GMs at or before the Winter meetings including time to see how their new Manager Cito Gaston and the team does for the rest of the year. Let's make the prediction end in mid-Nov. in case the event occurs in the last two weeks of Nov., making a prediction made before mid-Nov. more meaningful. A "yes" vote means that Ricciardi will not be the GM on Dec. 1, 2008.
