Rogers Communication in Canada just announced that iPhone will officially arrive in Canada later this year. They didn't state exactly when. But Canadians no longer have to buy their iPhone from the US and then unlock it themselves.

    I still don't understand why it takes so long to get the iPhone to go to Canada. Is it not like iPhone requires 3G anyways. And from what I heard lots of Canadian cities support the 3G network.
