Internet vs. TV Which one will you spend more free time on in the next 2 month?
Tony ( Score Rank: #15 based on predictions in the last 30 days ) Tony  |  closed on 07-Sep-2008 (17 hours ago)
Internet = surfing the web, emailing, chating, online gaming etc.
TV = strictly traditional TV programs, can either be HD or stand-def.

When you are not working, and have free time, do you spend more time on the Internet or your TV? This is a casual prediction, and we will close this prediction in a month time.

even when I am watching TV, I am on the Internet..... but that's not true the other way around. And there are many others like me. Plus... with all the kids back in school (and college) with those broadband accounts, TV is becoming less and less important

TV for sure during the Olympics. I hate watching my sports games on the Internet.

I watch my TV through a digital TV adapter hooked up to my laptop. I've used it about 4-5 times since I bought it at the start of the year. Even with the addictiveness of the internets, you wouldn't believe how much free time it gives you when you stop watching TV.

Welcome back, black-shoulder. Yes, you can finally get rid of your cable TV and start paying for a T1 connection.

How about watching TV while surfing the web? I have both turned on at the same time.

I spend more time online than with my family. This topic reminds me of my Internet addiction syndrome. At least I admit I have issues, so that's a good start.

I can cut my cable TV anytime, but I can never say the same for my Internet connection.
