Government of Thailand to ban YouTube for all Users in Thailand again?

Because there were postings on YouTube making fun of Thai King, Thailand banned all videos on YouTube for all users in Thailand. YouTube is now back up in Thailand, but with the problematic videos unavailable. Now that it is back up, it is possible others will post other videos that the (non-elected) Thai government doesn't like and hence they could ban YouTube again. Will they do it before end November 2007?
