    Yahoo managed to hold the price up at 28.67. Probably because of the rumor that Microsoft will hostile takeover of Yahoo.

    A review of the Call and Put options for Yahoo reveals price of calls lowering, puts increasing so if the option folks have it right the price of Yahoo should go down, I think the price of yahoo will drop to the low 20's by may 2. Ballmers comments lately seem to be tempered a bit, I think he will take a hard stance and go for a lower price, and if not accepted will walk away.

      Acquiring Yahoo through major stockholders and the market directly is going to create a very bad image for Microsoft. And end up increasing the cost of acquisition in the long run.

    I expect that MS would walk away, and the price drops horribly, then MS would come back again to "rescue" Yahoo.
