    i mean, even if i was an american citizen, which i'm not by the way.. but even then... it still doesn't help you answer the question
    "Will the US legalize marijuana anytime in the near future?" i mean heck yeah i'd vote for it, (if i could) but that doesn't mean it has a snowballs chance in texas of happening in the 'near' future. 49% chance of that actually happening, thats crazy talk.

    im obviously new to this - so forgive the stupid question but uh.. where, uh what source is used (going to be used?) to actually decide which of these is right - or does it still rely on voting average weights after the fact???? or something. wha?
