"Will the US legalize marijuana anytime in the near future?" i mean heck yeah i'd vote for it, (if i could) but that doesn't mean it has a snowballs chance in texas of happening in the 'near' future. 49% chance of that actually happening, thats crazy talk.
im obviously new to this - so forgive the stupid question but uh.. where, uh what source is used (going to be used?) to actually decide which of these is right - or does it still rely on voting average weights after the fact???? or something. wha?
