it's another copyright lawsuit (similar to P2P) against the giants corporations offending privacy. as the article said: soon afterwards, discovery will begin, and all sorts of unsavory details about the RIAA's legal campaign against suspected file-sharers are likely to emerge.

Google may want to create more ad inventory for its Adsense. Notice that Wikipedia does not use any Google's services but Google keeps directing traffic to Wikipedia. Google should not aim to replace Wiki, but create a high-end niche for expert information (just like Ask.com)
