First of all, I don't see any fancy vending machines in my area. And second, I like playing with the electronics in my hand before I pay for it. So, this is not really for me. But what black-shoulder said about buying USB drive might work for me. They are cheap enough for me to buy in a vending machine.

Yes, it is possible. But I expect Apple to do it first. And Google is more likely to stick with the advertisement business model.
