maybe yes, there are many websites online of "illegal" things, like medicin or pills sites, weight loss sites, pharmacy sites, that kind of sites are not legal but they still online, how can it be? :-)) if a gambling site is not "legal", why the hostings don't erase that sites? .-))
no, that kind of sites pays only a few cents$, not enough.. youtube soon will also pay members who put advertisements in their videos, i was client of google adwords and i only was earning 3 cents for each click on my advertisments on my site, that kind of programs don't pay enough cash to attract people.. :-))
